Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for an exchange or refund. Please email alejandra@texasembers.com regarding your exchange or refund request. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected and is in new and unused condition, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return or exchange has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products:
We highly recommend you inspect your product(s) upon arrival. If your product(s) are defective, damaged, or wrong item was received please contact us immediately at alejandra@texasembers.com .
